Monster Morning

Good Morning!

There is no better way to wake up than with a delicious smoothie. This morning I added spinach to mine to make a wonderful Green Monster:

The ingredients:

The result: (all blended in the Magic Bullet)


Morning snack: carrots, almonds

Lunch: salad w/black beans, chicken breast, roasted garlic dressing, grapies

Afternoon snack: oatmeal, frozen blueberries

See you this afternoon!

    So healthy and clean!! I’ve been wanting a green monster for brekkie, but problem is I eat mine at work!! No blender, no monster…just not the same when you blend, wait 2 hours and then drink 🙂
